Your domain is yours. Your registrar account stays in your name. We manage DNS only — you can revoke our access in 5 minutes by changing your nameservers. Your site backups live in your Drive folder, not ours. We do not hold any asset hostage if you ever choose to leave.
Rank-Safe Migration (For Existing Sites With SEO)
If your current site ranks in Google's local pack or for service keywords, a bad migration can torch 6-12 months of SEO equity in 24 hours. We use a 7-step engineered process to prevent that:
- Pre-crawl + ranking baseline. Screaming Frog + DataForSEO snapshot of every URL, every keyword, every backlink before we touch anything.
- URL-by-URL 301 redirect map. Every old page maps to a new page (or itself). Critical pages keep their exact URL.
- Content preservation. H1s, titles, meta, schema all preserved or improved — never deleted blindly.
- Side-by-side staging. New site at a staging URL. You review. Compare to old. Approve.
- Off-hours DNS cutover. 11pm-1am local time. Low-traffic window.
- 30-day ranking monitor. Daily check on your top keywords. Dashboard sent weekly.

What Happens After Launch

- What if my existing site has rankings I can't lose?
- We use the Rank-Safe Migration: pre-crawl, 301 redirect map, content preservation, off-hours cutover, 30-day ranking watch, rollback ready. $400 add-on. Worst case: rankings dip 1-2 positions for a week, then recover.
- Will I have to manage my domain?
- Default workflow: you keep your registrar account (GoDaddy, Namecheap, wherever it is now). We add Cloudflare DNS hosting under our account. You give us nameserver-level access only — never the registrar login. You can revoke our access in 5 minutes by changing your nameservers back. Hostage-free, in writing.
- What happens during the 5-day build?
- Day 1: Content collection (intake form, GBP scrape, brand assets). Day 2-3: Structure + design + content. Day 3: Staging URL sent for your review. Day 4: Revisions. Day 5: Off-hours DNS cutover and launch.
- What if I don't have content yet?
- We have intake forms that pull most of what we need from your existing GBP listings, Facebook page, and reviews. The rest comes from a 30-minute call. We'll never ask you to write 5,000 words of marketing copy yourself.
