Who you're hiring
Missed calls. Invisible on Maps. Outranked by worse operators.
We have quoted jobs at nine at night, chased invoices through a slow month, and answered the phone mid-job because letting it ring meant losing it. That is who is building this, not a marketing grad guessing at your world.

What we do
Two lines of work. One team behind both.
The build is a one-time project you own outright. The search work is ongoing, and it is the half that decides whether anyone ever sees what we built. Take one, take both, add to either when the results earn it.
Small Business Web Design
A site built around how customers actually find and choose you, handed over in full when it ships.
All build services- Website Redesign Rebuilt on modern architecture without losing what already ranks.
- Landing Pages Single-service pages built to convert one kind of visitor.
- WordPress Web Design We work in your CMS if you already have one you like.
- Wix & Squarespace Stuck on a builder platform? We work there too, or move you off it.
- Conversion Rate Optimization Find where the traffic you already have quietly leaks away.
- Website Maintenance Updates, backups, speed fixes, plus the small edits you never get to.
Then we keep it found.
The half that decides whether anyone sees the site: Google, Maps, plus the AI answers your buyers are already reading.
Start on the Local Engine. Move up to the Market Engine when you are ready to own more than one town, and to the In-House Engine when you want a marketing department without the hire.
The modern search stack is six modules: on-page, off-page and links, Google Business Profile, content, reviews and AI search. You turn them on as rankings compound, not all on day one.
- Local SEO Ranking in the map pack for the towns you actually serve.
- Google Business Profile Management The profile worked weekly, not claimed once and forgotten.
- Small Business SEO The whole program, sized for a business that has to pay for it monthly.
- On-Page SEO Titles, structure, copy. All of it answering the query outright.
- Link Building Off-page authority earned white-hat, reported link by link.
- Technical SEO Crawl, index, speed, schema. The plumbing under the rankings.
- Review Management More reviews, answered fast, feeding the local pack.
- AI Search Optimization Getting cited in ChatGPT and Perplexity, and in Google's AI Overviews. Almost nobody local sells this.
- SEO Audits The hand-built teardown, including keyword and opportunity research.
- Tracking & Analytics Setup You cannot prove any of this works without measurement.
Page one, mapped
This is what your buyers actually see.
A real page one for a real trade search, captured this month. Ads take the top. The map pack holds exactly three spots, and it's the only block on the page with a phone number in it. The first true blue link starts most of a screen down.
Every block is winnable, and each one is won differently. That's the whole job: ranking the site, holding a map-pack spot, and being the answer the AI assistants quote. One at a time, in the right order for your town.
Real capture, August 2026. Business names, photos and phone numbers belong to third parties and are blurred.
And the map pack, measured the way we actually track it: a real 49-point grid scan across the metro. Green is in the pack. Grey is invisible.
Who we serve
Local-service trades. Anywhere in the US.
We work online-only, so where you are matters less than what you sell. If homeowners or property managers are your customer, the playbook is the same one, and the search terms that reach them are different for every trade, which is exactly why these pages are named the way they are.

How we work
Five steps. No discovery deck.
No discovery decks, no ninety-day strategy phases, no retainer you cannot leave. Talk, scope, build, launch, then the search work that makes it pay.
-
01
Intro call
Fifteen minutes. What you sell, where customers come from, what is not working.
-

What you see weekly
Once the search work starts, you should never have to ask what you are paying for this month.
- 01 What shipped, in one short note
- 02 Where rankings moved, and which pages moved them
- 03 What is queued next, and why it is next
The monthly report, page for page. Plain English, every number sourced, and the map-pack grid that shows which towns you own.
Who you are working with
Someone who's answered the phone mid-job.
We've quoted jobs at nine at night, chased an invoice through a slow month, and missed a call we couldn't afford to miss. That's not a résumé line: it's why the report is written in plain English and the price is on the site.
Real conversations about what the business actually needs, not a script.
Honest direction backed by the data, including when the data says wait.
Decisions made together, because it is your money and your market.
Pricing
Published pricing. No request a quote.
Most agencies in this category make you sit through a call before they will tell you whether you can afford them. Here are the numbers instead. Every tier says who it is for, what happens each month, and what is not in it.

Care Plan
- Hosting managed and monitored
- Core and plugin updates applied
- Backups taken, with a restore that has actually been tested
- Uptime monitoring, with an alert when something goes down
- A held page-speed budget
- Up to 2 small content edits a month
Not included This is site upkeep, not marketing. It does not rank you, and anything bigger than a small edit is quoted before we touch it.
Start here
You have no site at all, or a Facebook page doing the job of one.
Starter Presence
$750 one-time
For an operator running the whole business off a Facebook page, or off nothing at all.
One professional page on your own domain, your Google Business Profile set up properly, and the measurement already installed. Fixed scope, fixed price.
Built so there is something worth ranking by the time you want to rank it.
What you get, in full
- A single professional page built on your trade's template, carrying your branding, your services, your service area, plus your reviews
- Google Business Profile created or claimed, then optimised: categories, services, service area, photos
- Click-to-call and a lead form, both actually working on a phone
- Tracking basics installed: Google Analytics 4, Search Console, plus call and form events
- Launched on your own domain, in your name, with every login yours from day one
What you'll see
- A real page a customer can be sent to instead of a Facebook wall
- A profile that shows the right categories, hours and service area
- Calls and form fills counted from day one, so the next decision has data behind it
Not included Multi-page architecture, an ongoing search program and a content program are not in this. Those are the Build ladder and the Local Engine, and they are the next step rather than a hidden extra.
Where it goes next When you are ready, this page becomes the first page of a full build, and the profile work carries straight into the Local Engine at $1,500 a month. Nothing here gets rebuilt and nothing gets paid for twice.
02 Search

What happens monthly
- Your site's pages worked every month
- Your Google Business Profile worked every week
- A steady stream of review asks going out, and replies drafted for approval
- Your listings kept clean and consistent across the directories that carry weight
- Technical health watched, so nothing on the site quietly breaks
- An AI-search baseline tracked
- A plain-English monthly report, and a real call to go through it
What you'll see
- Movement on your core services in the map pack first, because that is where the calls are
- More reviews landing every month, and every one of them answered
- A named list each month of what shipped, what moved, and what is queued next
Not included Multi-market page coverage, expanded listings and the AI-search program at full strength are the Market Engine. We would rather tell you when you are ready for it than sell it to you early.
What moves the number The price is flat. What changes is where the effort points: a harder town, or more services, means the same monthly hours aimed at fewer targets, and we say which before you sign. Page counts and posting frequency are agreed in writing per engagement, so scope cannot quietly drift.

What happens monthly
- Everything in the Local Engine
- A page program across every town you serve
- The AI-search program at full strength, included rather than added on
- Listings and directories expanded, not just cleaned
- Content built to be quoted, not just to rank
What you'll see
- Coverage in towns you were invisible in, not only the home town
- Your business named in AI answers when a buyer asks who to call
- A listing footprint that matches how big you actually are

In-House Engine
A marketing department without the hire.
$6,000 per month
Everything, run for you: search, content, placements, PR-grade links, social presence, video creative, conversion work, quarterly strategy.
Book a CallEverything in it
What happens monthly
- Everything in the Market Engine
- Placements on established platforms your buyers already trust
- Link campaigns pitched to real publishers
- Your social profiles kept alive and on-brand
- Video creative for the jobs you want more of
- Conversion testing on the pages that already get traffic
- A quarterly sit-down on where the business goes next
What you'll see
- A presence across platforms that reads like an in-house team runs it
- More of the traffic you already have turning into booked work
- A named plan each quarter for where the next dollar goes
Not included We still do not sell paid ad management, and we still will not commit to a monthly number of editorial links. Both get the same answer at every tier. This tier is also capacity-capped: a few seats, run deep, and we will say plainly if one is not open yet.
What moves the number Capacity, not scope creep. We run a small number of these engagements at a time so the work stays deep rather than spread thin across too many accounts.
Link Building AI Search Optimization Conversion Rate Optimization
Contract terms Search work runs on a 90-day initial term, then month to month. Foundations take a quarter to show real movement, and we would rather say that up front than sell you month one twice. After the first 90 days you stay because it's working, not because a contract says so.
Link acquisition campaigns
Scoped separately
Editorial links are earned from real publishers one at a time, so on the Local and Market Engines they are quoted as a campaign with named targets rather than dropped into a retainer as a monthly quota. Included in the In-House Engine.
Nobody can guarantee links. An agency that promises you a number of them every month is either buying them or not delivering them, and you end up paying for both.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
If it's not here, ask us. We answer in plain language, and we'll tell you when the answer is no.
Ask us a question- Do you build websites, or do SEO?
- Both, and they're sold separately so you're not forced into either. The build is a one-time project. The search retainer is the ongoing work that decides whether anyone finds it. Plenty of operators start with one and add the other later.
- What does all of this cost?
- Starter Presence is the entry point at $750 one-time: a single professional page, your Google Business Profile set up, and tracking installed. Beyond that, builds run $1,500 to $3,000+ depending on page count and whether an existing site has rankings to carry across. Search work is monthly, three tiers: the Local Engine at $1,500 for one town and one crew, the Market Engine at $3,000 once you're covering several towns, and the In-House Engine at $6,000 for a marketing department without the hire. Every tier lists what happens each month, so the scope can't drift. The Care Plan is $99 a month for site upkeep.
- Is there a contract?
- Search work runs on a 90-day initial term, then month to month. Foundations take a quarter to show real movement, and we would rather say that up front than sell you month one twice. After the first 90 days you stay because it's working, not because a contract says so. The Care Plan is different: pure month to month from day one, cancel any time. And you own everything either way, your domain, your code, your content, so that never depends on staying.
- How fast can you ship a website?
- We give you a firm timeline in the first call, once we know the page count and how much content needs writing. Builds move quickly because the architecture is already proven: the variable is how fast we can get what we need from you. We'd rather commit to a date we can hold than quote you a number that sounds good.
- Do you only build for service businesses?
- Yes. Roofers, plumbers, HVAC, electricians, remodelers, pest control, lawn care, pool service, garage doors, cleaning, tree service. Anything where homeowners or property managers are the customer. We don't take professional-services work.
- Do you sell link building?
- Not as a monthly quota, and be careful with anyone who does. Real editorial links are earned from real publishers one at a time, so nobody can honestly promise you a number of them every month. An agency that does is either buying them, which is a penalty waiting to land, or quietly not delivering. Directory and citation work is predictable, so that's included in the search tiers. Link acquisition campaigns are quoted separately, with named targets.
- Will you hold my domain hostage?
- Never. Your domain stays in your registrar account. We manage DNS only via Cloudflare, and you can revoke access in 5 minutes by changing your nameservers. Your site backups live in your Drive folder, not ours. Hostage-Free is a contract clause, not a promise.
- What if I'm not in your service area?
- We're online-only. We work with operators all over the United States. If you serve homeowners somewhere in the US, we serve you.
- What's the free audit?
- You send us your website and your Google Business Profile, and we work through a scored punch list by hand: speed, schema, GBP, AI citations, reviews, local pack, competitor comparison, delivered in a few business days. It isn't an instant tool, and it's free whether or not you ever hire us. Want the full 300+-point, 14-category teardown with a 90-day plan? That's the Deep Audit, $1,500, credited in full toward your first month if you hire us within 60 days.
Ready to stop losing customers to the guy with a better site?
Fifteen minutes, no discovery deck. We'll tell you what we'd build, what we'd rank, and what it costs. And if we're not the right fit, we'll say that too.
