Process

Audit. Call. Build. Launch.

The timeline gets agreed in writing on the first call, once we know your page count and content. No discovery decks, no proposal docs: talk, scope, build, launch.

What you get either way

  • 01 Build and rank The site, and the search work behind it
  • 02 Hostage-free Domain and backups stay in your accounts
  • 03 Published pricing No “request a quote”
  • 04 Rank-safe migration Existing rankings carried across
  • 05 Operator-built We have run service businesses
  • 06 Timeline in writing Agreed up front, before you commit

How we work

Five steps. No discovery deck.

No discovery decks, no ninety-day strategy phases, no retainer you cannot leave. Talk, scope, build, launch, then the search work that makes it pay.

  1. 01

    Intro call

Fifteen minutes. What you sell, where customers come from, what is not working.

  2. 02

    Scope and quote

What we would build, what we would rank, where you land in the published ranges, in writing.

  3. 03

    Build

We work from your content and your profile. You review a staging URL long before anything is public.

  4. 04

    Launch

Off-hours cutover. If you have rankings to protect, the rank-safe migration carries them across.

  5. 05

    Search work

The retainer picks up here: profile, reviews, service-area content, technical health, honest reporting.

What you see weekly

Once the search work starts, you should never have to ask what you are paying for this month.

  • 01 What shipped, in one short note
  • 02 Where rankings moved, and which pages moved them
  • 03 What is queued next, and why it is next
Monthly report page: town-by-service map-pack coverage grid, mostly top-three
Monthly report page: leads, calls and rankings summary
Monthly report page: search impressions and clicks climbing over eight months

The monthly report, page for page. Plain English, every number sourced, and the map-pack grid that shows which towns you own.

The Hostage-Free Promise

This is in every contract. Plain language, no legal weasel clauses:

Your domain is yours. Your registrar account stays in your name. We manage DNS only. You can revoke our access in 5 minutes by changing your nameservers. Your site backups live in your Drive folder, not ours. We do not hold any asset hostage if you ever choose to leave.

Moving an existing site

If your current site already ranks in Google's local pack or for service keywords, we don't just point DNS and hope. The Rank-Safe Migration is a $400 line item on the Custom build tier, and the full process, what it protects and how, is laid out on how migration works.

What You'll Own On Day One

Everything, and the third-party costs are billed to you directly instead of marked up through us. We set each one up in your name:

  • Your domain, in your registrar account. About $15 a year.
  • Your hosting, in your own account on your own card. Typically $0 to $20 a month for a site this size.
  • Your email, Google Workspace on your domain. About $7 per user a month.
  • Your CMS, admin access from day one at no extra cost.

Stated up front, always yours, always in your control. The full ownership breakdown is on the pricing page.

What Happens After Launch

You can buy just the site and run it forever yourself. You can add the Care Plan at $99/mo, which is hosting managed, updates, backups and up to two small content edits a month. That is site upkeep, not marketing, and it does not rank you. And the search work that actually gets you found is a separate monthly engagement starting at $1,500/mo. All opt-in. Pick what serves you.

FAQ

Process: answered.

If it's not here, ask us. We answer in plain language, and we'll tell you when the answer is no.

Ask us a question
What if my existing site has rankings I can't lose?
We use the Rank-Safe Migration: pre-crawl, 301 redirect map, content preservation, off-hours cutover, and a 30-day ranking watch with a rollback ready. It's a $400 line item on the Custom build tier. We don't promise a specific outcome, because nobody honestly can: what we commit to is the process itself.
Will I have to manage my domain?
Default workflow: you keep your registrar account (GoDaddy, Namecheap, wherever it is now). We add Cloudflare DNS hosting under our account. You give us nameserver-level access only: never the registrar login. You can revoke our access in 5 minutes by changing your nameservers back. Hostage-free, in writing.
What happens during the build?
First we collect content: intake form, your Google Business Profile, brand assets. Then structure, design and content go in, and you get a staging URL to review well before anything is public. Revisions come next, then an off-hours cutover to launch. The dates for your project are agreed in writing before we start.
What if I don't have content yet?
We have intake forms that pull most of what we need from your existing GBP listings, Facebook page, and reviews. The rest comes from a 30-minute call. We'll never ask you to write 5,000 words of marketing copy yourself.
Can I see other examples of your work?
Yes. See /case-studies. Battle Born Pressure Washing is our featured case study, with the full architecture, outcomes and approach documented.

Ready to stop losing customers to the guy with a better site?

Fifteen minutes, no discovery deck. We'll tell you what we'd build, what we'd rank, and what it costs. And if we're not the right fit, we'll say that too.
